Refund Policy
At NISHAAM, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please include the receipt or proof of purchase when returning items.
Non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nishaam.com.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For exchanged or defective items, we will cover the shipping costs.
